We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $99. Orders below that threshold are charged shipping at checkout. You assume the risks inherent in open-flame cooking and fire management. Do not modify our products or use them for a purpose they were not designed for.
7. Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by Walden Backyards LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Backyarding®, Stoker Poker®, Weed Hound™, Legacy Series™, and Sure-Fire™ are marks of Walden Backyards LLC. You may not use them without our written permission.
You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or resell any part of the site.
8. Your content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours to give and is not unlawful.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it by automated means, or misrepresent who you are.
10. Disclaimers
