Our goal is to get your Walden to you quickly and worry-free, so you can get on with the part that matters — the fire.

What shipping costs

Orders over $99 ship free — standard U.S. shipping, no code needed.
Under that, standard shipping is $9.99. A few items may carry their own rate — checkout always shows the exact cost before you pay.
Every kit clears the free-shipping line on its own, and the cart shows you exactly how close any order is.

When your order ships

Orders placed Monday through Friday ship the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend go out first thing Monday. During peak holiday weeks, allow an extra day or two.

How it travels

We ship UPS for residential deliveries — paid and free shipping alike — packed and sent from Grand Rapids, Michigan by the people who own the company. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking your order

The moment your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number — click it and you can watch your Walden make its way to you. If tracking doesn’t show movement right away, give the carrier about 24 hours to update.

If something arrives wrong

Damaged in transit, lost on the way, or not what you ordered: email connect@waldenbackyards.com with your order number and we’ll make it right. Changed your mind instead? See our returns policy — thirty days, no drama.
