Fire pit covers, screens and grates all size differently, and a wrong measurement is an expensive mistake. So we'll take that risk off you.
Order a cover, screen or grate from us and if the size doesn’t fit your pit, we’ll send you the right one.
No restocking fee, no argument about who measured what.
What’s covered
Fit, on standard round and square pits, for 30 days from delivery. We cover the shipping both ways. It applies to every product on the site showing the Guaranteed Fit mark.
What isn’t
- Custom sizes and personalized items. Anything plasma-cut with a name or made to your dimensions can’t be exchanged.
- Changing your mind on finish, color or style.
- Damage in transit. That’s covered separately and faster, tell us within five days and we’ll sort it out with the maker.
- Irregular, oval or homemade pits, unless we sized it for you directly. Send us photos first and we’ll work it out before you buy.
